The proud owner of a handful of dirt - a lot of handfuls of dirt ... this is Mr Roberto Larin showing off incredibly rich soil produced in his worm beds. The soil is basically 100% worm feces and is actually so rich, dark, and aromatic (yes, aromatic) that you almost want to eat it! Roberto is a direct decendent of Manual Larin who bought the fertile land in the Juayua region. It was called"Mashcarascuahuit" in Nashuat, the Pipil Indians native tongue, and the farm is called "El 98" because Manual Larin purchased the land in 1798!
