Back to the cupping ... In Nicaragua we used percolators for hot water supply, which seemed to work quite well when we weren't blowing out fuses in the hotel. It's important that both sides of each cupping table are poured at the same time, and that the cup is turned while the water enters it so all the grounds are equally saturated.
