One ironic thing about the custom aprons - if someone didn't come their apron did not go to waste. That is not Steve Leach of Diedrich Coffee in the middle. Actually, then event needs a lot of support workers to provide the coffee preparation and grinding, hot water, the clean-up ... everything to make it go smoothly. So as judges we are deeply indepted to the work of many who allow us to focus so intently on the coffee.
