Most amazing of all is Mario Mejia's handywork on this sample roaster. This originated with a barbeque grill that their mother was going to throw away. Mario built the rest in the style of a Probat of Jabez Burns sample roaster. So all you barbaque drum roaster folks out there, take a look and be humbled!!! This has open-front drums so you can easily sample the coffee at any time in the roast, and about hald pound capacity per drum. On the near side is a burner for hot water (cupping).
