Below is a short list of more common errors that can occur at checkout and how to resolve them.
Cart ID_Null Error
This error is most likely caused by creating a cart through Sweet Maria’s in one browser tab and simultaneously trying to log in to your Sweet Maria’s account from a separate tab within the same browser. It is recommended to close one tab and ensure only one instance of our website is open when attempting to submit an order.
Page Refreshes / No Error
Some issues can occur without producing any error messages. You may experience a situation where you attempt to submit an order and the page seems to refresh and bring you back to the order finalization page. We’ve found that a simple swap to a different browser or device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) is usually enough to bypass this issue.
